Hello and welcome, if you are starting or wanting to start your healing journey, this is the place to be!
My therapeutic approach is rooted in a decade of experience in supporting adults with stress management, resilience, and race-based trauma, as well as my own journey with tried, tested, and refined methods for dyslexia, MDD, social anxiety, and loneliness. My holistic approach aims to heal the mind, body, and soul, and create space to process major life and identity transitions. Alongside traditional methods like CBT, DBT, and ACT, I also incorporate mindfulness, gaming and roleplay therapy.
I consider the entire lifespan, acknowledging how decisions and emotions evolve as we age and experience more of the world. I specialize in guiding individuals through stress adjustment, mediation, and reconciliation. I support clients in sustaining a balance between work, life, and spirituality, as well as work in recognizing and processing experiences of racial and cultural exclusion, isolation, bereavement, and loneliness.
For students and life learners, my work emphasizes achieving educational and learning success by focusing on strengths rather than deficits. For those who learn differently, I tailor plans to fit their unique needs. For example, if journaling isn’t effective, we might use voice memos instead.
I am passionate about helping everyone live their best life every day and fostering those crucial social connections needed for a happy life. Together, we will create a pathway to success and well-being tailored to your goals and learning style.
