Hello!
My area of specialty is assisting individuals who are struggling with low self-esteem, relationship issues and healing after heartbreak. Many of my clients in addition battle with complex personality traits, ADHD, depression, and anxiety.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate but direct, sprinkled with a bit of humor. I believe that we are all unique individuals that require a personalized treatment plan to get unstuck, find our voice, set healthy boundaries, and regain the strength we need to become the hero of our story.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral models due to their commonsense approach to provide clients with life changing lasting results.
