Therapy is a journey of growth, and it all begins with a genuine connection. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where children, teens, and adults feel truly heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I specialize in supporting children ages 4 and up, as well as teens and adolescents, who may be navigating challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, and emotional regulation. My approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. In my practice, I include creative methods such as sand tray therapy, play therapy, art, movement, and interactive activities to help clients express their emotions in a way that feels natural and engaging.
I have extensive experience working with children, including my role as a habilitation provider, which has deepened my understanding of how to support children in developing essential life skills and emotional regulation. This background enriches my therapeutic approach, allowing me to create tailored interventions that meet the unique needs of each child.
I also work with adults who are facing life challenges, anxiety, or depression, offering a compassionate, evidence-based approach that encourages growth and self-acceptance.
Outside of my practice, I cherish time with my family and friends, love exploring local coffee shops, and enjoy being outdoors and staying active. Whether you're seeking therapy for yourself, your child, or your adolescent, I invite you to reach out. Taking this step toward healing is a courageous act, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
