Taking the first step toward therapy is incredibly brave, and I want to acknowledge your courage in starting this journey. I understand firsthand the challenges of seeking support, and I am here to make this process as comforting and empowering as possible for you.

I specialize in working with children aged 6 to 12 years old, focusing on emotional regulation, social skills development, anxiety management, depression, ADHD, and anger management. My approach is deeply individualistic, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-centered therapy, complemented by play therapy interventions such as sand tray, board games, movement activities, art, music, and mindfulness.

I strongly believe in the importance of involving families in the therapy process. By collaborating closely with parents and caregivers, I aim for a holistic approach to healing and growth. I provide parents with support, guidance, and practical strategies to understand and nurture their child's emotional well-being.

Outside of my professional practice, I find joy in spending time with my animals – two dogs and horses – which enriches my life immensely. I also have a passion for rock climbing, art, reading, and indulging in my favorite shows during downtime.

Born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, I am bilingual in English and Bosnian, which allows me to provide therapy in both languages, accommodating diverse cultural backgrounds.
