Don't you wish there was an on-and-off switch for our thoughts? Are you exhausted of over-worrying and wondering if people are judging you? I truly understand how distressing our mind can be and the tricks it can play on us. Anxiety is a response to stress or uncertainty, but when it starts to interfere with your daily life, it can be tough to manage on your own. We can work together to explore what triggers your anxiety and how it affects you and find strategies that help you cope in a manageable and safe way by understanding your thought processes, enhancing confidence, self-compassion, and understanding.
My experience includes working with neurodivergent individuals and those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, trauma, addiction, and personal change (internal or external). I prioritize a person-centered approach, incorporating (DBT) to build trust, followed by a solution-focused strategy, positive psychology, and mindfulness.
I understand how challenging it can be to feel disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed, and on edge. My mission is to ensure that you feel supported and not alone in facing life's difficulties. I’m here to offer guidance and encouragement. Please let me know how I can help you feel more comfortable as we begin this empowering journey toward a brighter future.
