Hi there!
I know that life can be hard, and reaching out for help can be too. I truly believe that we all have our own unique viewpoints and qualities that can help us navigate those hard times. My goal is to provide an empathetic and safe space for you to feel understood by using a variety of approaches- this way we can find the techniques that work best for you. I enjoy working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and have recently become a Certified Autism Specialist to continue providing the best treatment that I can. I look forward to helping you discover your strengths and find your own voice.
