James Wogan, LAC

If you’re looking for a therapist who will take the time to understand your whole story and is deeply dedicated to addressing your unique needs, I encourage you to read further.

I believe the foundation of your success begins with the strength of our therapeutic relationship. From the very first session, my top priority is to establish trust and create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable being your authentic self. Together, we will navigate life’s challenges and work toward achieving your goals.

In my practice, I support clients in various ways, such as developing executive functioning skills, setting meaningful goals, and improving interpersonal skills like healthy communication and boundaries. I also specialize in couples and family counseling, where I focus on fostering understanding, strengthening connections, and teaching coping strategies that empower clients to face challenges with resilience.

I have extensive experience working with individuals who are navigating ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and emotional regulation. My background also includes years of working with teens, helping them overcome unique challenges, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. Additionally, I specialize in men’s issues, marriage and relational counseling (including those with disabilities and other unique circumstances), family counseling, and group counseling.

Whether teaching mindfulness techniques, utilizing cognitive-behavioral strategies, or combining both approaches, my goal is to create a collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered environment. Together, we’ll work to create meaningful change and build the tools you need for long-term success.
